2 cups Whole milk
¾ tsp Turmeric powder
¼ tsp Black pepper powder
½ inch stick Cinnamon
½ tsp Dry ginger powder (sukku)
1 tsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Honey

    Add 2 cups of milk in a sauce pan, bring it to boil and reduce it to low flame.

    Keep whisking to avoid scorching at the bottom and turns more frothy.

    Now add ¾ tsp of turmeric powder, ¼ tsp of black pepper powder, ½ tsp of dry ginger powder (sukku) and cinnamon stick to it. Whisk frequently.

    Whisk and mix well until fully combined.

    Now pour the prepared warm milk into cup, add a tsp of honey to it and mix well.
    Note: Do not add honey to hot milk. Adding honey to warm milk is healthier.

    Finally, strain the milk and enjoy the milk.
