½ cup Shredded coconut
15 counts Cashew nuts
2 counts Cloves
2 count Cardamom
1 inch Cinnamon stick
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Fennel seeds
2 counts Green chilies
Table 2
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 strands Curry leaves
½ cup Chopped onions
½ cup Carrots
½ cup Green beans
¼ cup Green peas
1 count Boiled potato
2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Coriander leaves

For making coconut paste, grind all the ingredients from TABLE 1 with some hot water to make fine smooth paste and put aside

Heat oil in a pan. Add a tsp of cumin seeds, curry leaves. Let it splutter. Now add the chopped onions and salt.

Saute till transparent and slightly brown followed by chopped carrots, green beans, green peas and boiled potatoes. Saute and cover the pan with a lid for minutes.

Pour the ground coconut masala paste to the vegetable mixture and let it simmer on medium flame for about 5 minutes.

Once the raw smell goes, after 5 minutes garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the stove.

Serve hot with Idiyappam, Roti or chapati.
